• political and strategic orientation of the project,
• inclusion of new partners,
• withdrawal of a partner,
• exclusion of a partner.

The Executive Group is responsible for:

• implementing the decisions taken by the NC;
• taking any and all management decisions required for the proper conduct of the project,
• the Consortium's budget and the financial allocation of the EC contribution within the limits of the EC contract,
• annual validation of the realised expenditure in accordance to the budget,
• modifications to the Description of Work, including, but not limited to, decisions to abandon and/or modify a work package or to modify the budget allocated to it;
• informing the NC about its decisions via the Coordinator

The Co-ordinator is responsible for:

• communication with the Commission,
• transferring the financial contribution from the Commission to the Contractors pursuant to the Description of Work and the decisions taken by the EC,
• preparing accounts as requested by the Commission or any of the Contractors,
• informing the NC about the decisions of the EG ,
• ensuring overall progress of the project.
